Modern Periodontics is conveniently located at 1680 Monroe Avenue, next to Kazley Orthodontics and across from First Niagara Bank just west of the Twelve Corners in Rochester, NY. We are also easily accessible by bus, with stops right on Monroe Ave. We are easily accessible from both 590 and 390, as well.
